Hours of Operation

Our Garden Center office hours are as follows:

• Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm
• Sunday: 10am – 4pm

Plant pickup is available:

• Monday – Friday: 9am – 3pm
• We have limited staff on Saturdays and Sundays, so please verify that someone is available to help you load prior to arrival by calling 636.798.2555

Pickup Procedures

We require a 24-hour notice for plant pickup, otherwise you’ll have to wait until all scheduled deliveries and pickups are attended to.

We only have a few staff members running bobcats, so prior notice is crucial.

We’re now at the peak season and we’re receiving multiple plant deliveries all day every day. To limit your time waiting please call ahead to schedule all pickups. 636.798.2555.

Don’t forget your tarps! Frisella does not provide tarps and trees should be covered in order to prevent foliage loss during transport.
